PATCH ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

As our online store is being built, please utilize this temporary process to order your patches. Below is the form you must fill out to place your order. PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS to ensure your patch is just the way you want it. Please read below for instructions on ordering multiple patches.

- In the appropriate fields put your name, shipping address, and email.

- In the "PATCH TYPE" field put what patch you want, see list of available patches below. If ordering a state patch or I Support patch you can skip the name, fabric, thread, and font fields.

- In the "NAME ON PATCH" field you will put the name you want on the patch, either your road name, campaign, or Officer position. If ordering a state patch or I Support patch put N/A in this field.  ROAD NAMES and OFFICER TITLES ARE CASE SENSITIVE, SO BE SURE YOU TYPE IT EXACTLY AS YOU WANT IT TO APPEAR ON THE PATCH, just as you see in the pictured examples at right.  If ordering an Officer Position tape that you want "stacked" (double lined) you must note that you want it stacked. After the name put stacked in parenthesis e.g., Chapter Treasurer (stacked). Remember these are case sensitive. CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT YOU MUST TYPE THE NAME IN EITHER ALL UPPER OR IN UPPER AND LOWER-CASE LETTERS EXACTLY AS YOU WANT IT TO APPEAR ON THE PATCH!!!

- In the "FABRIC COLOR" field put what color fabric (base) you want for your patch.

- In the "THREAD COLOR" field put what color thread (for letters and boarder around patch) that you want for your patch. 

- In the "FONT" field put what font style you would like your name to be done in, BY THE FONT'S NAME seen in the list below. The available font samples are listed below. 

IF ORDERING MULTIPLE PATCHES YOU MUST SEPARATE EACH IN THE FIELDS. After you have entered the information in the field for the first patch, use a comma, dash, or backslash then list the info for the second patch in that field, and so on. For example, if you're ordering a road name tape and a campaign tape, in the Patch Type field you will type "road name tape / campaign tape. Do this in each field for each patch.

- CAMPAIGN TAPES do NOT have a font option, the MVMA stencil block font will be used on all campaign tapes, and all campaign tapes are a maximum of 11 inches and no less than 9 inches long by 1 1/4 inch tall regardless of number of letters. 

- In the notes field you can add any special request or anything further for the vendor. 

- In the shipping field, add the applicable shipping charge to your order. 

- Place the total amount of your order in the total field INCLUDING SHIPPING.

- Click PLACE ORDER button to submit your order

- Pay for your patch order by clicking the PAY NOW button in the PAY FOR YOUR ORDER section at the bottom of this page.

- YOU CAN ATTACH A PHOTO of a drawing or rendering of your patch if you'd like to give the vendor a visual of exactly what you want. Simply click the "attach files" link at the bottom of the form, just below the Total Order $ field and attach your picture, JPG format works best!!!
